Basic data:
-sprinkler boom height (measured from the ground level to the bottom edge of the boom): 0.8 – 1.3 m;
-sprinkler boom width: up to 52 m;
-length of the field: up to 220 m.

Drive:
-gearbox that allows you to obtain the adjustable pre-set speed from 1.5 to 25 m/min;
-drive cart with special deflectors providing good alignment of the hose and power cord when in use.

Track:
-one guide rail made of a steel tube 1 “;
-different ways of fastening depending on the ground;
-230V power supply and water supply (tube with a diameter of min. 1.5 “) must be provided to the centre of the field.

Control system

The Control system, based on an industrial PLC driver, allows positioning, including the division of the area into 5 independent sections where tasks can be performed like on a chessboard,

Starting the unit by: manual start, in the loop, timer, week modes, control from an external controller (climatic computer), different speeds of passage for the selected task, archiving data on an SD card,

The device is equipped with several systems safeguarding the smooth operation, with the possibility to limit the scope of the passage, recalling the device to the desired position.

Sprinkler Nozzles:

The nozzles used are made of high quality stainless steel, their outlet slot is equipped with a flange seal protecting the nozzle against mechanical damage. The nozzles on the ramp are mounted in two parallel rows at a distance of 50 cm from one another:
-first row – irrigation;
-second row – spraying.
-possibility to add another row to change the parameters of the nozzles.

On the edges of the irrigation boom there are edge nozzles, enabling very accurate spraying.

Parameters of spraying nozzles:
-operating pressure range from 2 to 5 bar;
-liquid spray angle 110 degrees;
-liquid flow rate from 0.48 to 0.76 l/min.

Parameters of water nozzles:
-operating pressure range from 2 to 5 bar;
-liquid spray angle 110 degrees;
_liquid flow rate from 1.61 to 2.54 l/min.

Proportional dispenser

Connected to the water supply, Dosatron is mounted on the boom, and its only driving force is the water pressure. Under its influence, the mechanism draws in the concentrated formula, dispenses a determined dose, and subsequently the formulation is mixed with water. The dose of the injected formulation is always proportional to the amount of water flowing through Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure in the supply network.

The boom in the transportable version is equipped with a roller conveyor made of an aluminium frame and ball bearing rollers, adapted to the width of the sprinkler boom.
